Holiday home with swimming pool, outdoor and indoor hot tub and sauna and various activities located approx. 700 m from Grenå Strand. The holiday home has five bedrooms and two lofts. The house has a wonderful wellness area, which is equipped with an 18 m2 swimming pool with water slide and swimming trainer, so that the children can really have fun. There is also a hot tub, where you can enjoy the heat and bubbles after an activity in the area. The house also has a 50 m2 atrium courtyard, where you will find the outdoor hot tub, which can be enjoyed all year round. Indoors you will find a multi-purpose room equipped with table tennis, PlayStation, shuffleboard and bar. It is a lovely cozy room, which will appeal to the children in particular. Lovely kitchen/dining room of 60 m2. There are 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and 2 fridge-freezers. There are also two bathrooms, both with a shower. There is a washing machine and dryer. In 4 of the bedrooms there is a loft with space for 2 people. There is a changing table in one of the bathrooms. On the 2018 m2 plot you can sit on the covered terrace and enjoy the Danish summer evenings. There is also a 150 m2 open terrace where you can enjoy the sun. There is a trampoline (used at your own risk/insurance) for the children. Grenå city center is approx. 5 minutes drive from the house, where you can experience restaurants and cafes or you can go to Grenå harbor and look at the yachts. Not rented to youth groups.
