The Home
Well-appointed holiday home with both indoor and outdoor hot tub located at the popular Skåstrup Beach with both good swimming and fishing opportunities. The house simply has everything your heart could desire in terms of activity and entertainment options. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need during your holiday. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built with 2 separate sleeping areas, each area with an attached bathroom. The dining/living room is tastefully decorated with a flat-screen TV, sofa area and wood-burning stove. The house has 4 bedrooms, where all beds have box mattresses. In addition, there is a large and spacious sleeping loft. On cool days, you can light up the wood-burning stove and enjoy the pleasant warmth. There are 2 bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. The house is also heated with a water-to-air heat pump. Not rented to youth groups.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
