Well-maintained holiday home with hot tub and sauna and a beautiful location close to the beach, forest, sea and Østerby harbour. The house has a good interior with plenty of space and activities. There are three good bedrooms with cupboard space and good beds as well as a loft for the youngest ones, where they can enjoy themselves. In addition, there are two spacious bathrooms, one of which has access to a hot tub and sauna. The large, well-equipped kitchen/dining room with a half-wall to the bright living room offers quality furnishings and good light with the large window area to the west and direct access to the covered terrace to the south. There are several German channels including ARD, ZDF, NDR, 3SAT+, and there are also Swedish and Danish channels as well as ChromeCast, where you can stream your own TV services. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
