It also provides convenient access to year-round activities. We also offer a discount for groups who rent both properties at the same time, making it an excellent option for larger gatherings. This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay). Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Please Note: For guests staying with us for 30 days or more, we require the property to be cleaned every 30 days. This cleaning service is an additional charge and will be applied separately from the fees displayed at the time of booking.
