The villa is located in the area "Agios Ioannis" with panoramic view of the sea and Delos Island and magnificent sunset. It has easy access, easy private parking for 4 cars, garden, outdoor bathtub with sea view, private gym, bbq, swimming pool with overflow. This 350 m2 sunset-view villa is ideal for summer holidays, for families and friends. The sea view is unrestricted from all bedrooms and from the rest of the house (dining room, living room, kitchen).
The villa has 4 rooms inside and the 2 extra rooms are outside the villa and independent, one on the 1st floor and the other on the ground floor. The pool area is well equipped with modern sunbeds, a stylish daybed and unique lounge area for relaxation and events. The house has a daily cleaning staff available to help the tenants with any problem, from 8 am to 3 pm.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
