Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- 1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is permitted outside only; please dispose of your butts responsibly. A minimum $1,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.
- 2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of eight (8) persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.
- 3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
- 4. We offer a Chore-Free Checkout, and do not ask our guests to clean prior to check out. However, this does not give permission to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to excessive trash, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.
- 5. Late check-outs are not permitted without prior discussion, as our cleaning teams are punctual. Late check outs require additional cleaners to be brought in, and will be charged at $50 in half hour increments.
- 6. If Guest cancels the trip past the cancellation window deadline, Host is willing to refund if any dates are rebooked. This refund is provided only above and beyond the cancellation amount, up to a full refund. Hosts understand plans can change, and don't believe in "double-dipping" if Guest nights are able to be rebooked.
- 7. There is no daily housekeeping service. The property has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival; linens, bath towels, toiletries, and more are included in the stay. Additional supplies or mid-stay cleanings are available for additional cost.
- 8. Host happily invites children with the following stipulations:
- - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- - Guests are responsible for any and all necessary baby proofing
- - Guest must thoroughly inspect any provided child items, including but not limited to high chairs, pack & plays, baby gates, etc. Host does not & will not inspect these items for liability reasons; Guest assumes full liability for use.
