Welcome to Villa Mar by Atlantic Holiday, a spacious house located in the peaceful village of Porto Moniz on the north coast of Madeira Island. This property accommodates up to 8 guests and is ideal for families, groups of friends, or couples seeking a relaxing stay in a quieter, less busy part of the island. The house offers a wide sea view and is just a short distance from the famous natural swimming pools, making it a great base for those who enjoy nature and scenic coastal surroundings.
The house includes four bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and four bathrooms: three with showers and one with a toilet. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and essential cooking utensils. A washing machine and hairdryer are available, along with a smart TV with a box in the living room.
Outside, there is public street parking nearby. While there are transport connections to Porto Moniz, exploring the island is often more convenient with a car, especially in this region. The house does not have an elevator or private parking.
A baby cot and high chair are provided for guests traveling with children. All bed linen and bath towels are included. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00 the next morning. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
