Three king‑bed rooms on the main level each include an ensuite bathroom, perfect for quick refreshes. Two additional king beds sit in separate rooms, offering ample space for couples or parents. The remaining two bedrooms share twin‑bed setups, each paired with a Jack‑and‑Jill bathroom, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. **Living spaces** Two distinct living areas give you flexibility to spread out. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. There is (1) spot designated in the driveway but you can park in the parking lot adjacent to the property. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (maximum $100 total), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that’s why we would like to mention we have a front door bell camera and another camera pointing to the driveway. We appreciate your understanding!
