We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog. - No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. - An exterior camera is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes. - Parking in the driveway for 8 cars max. - If you’re interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. - Heated pool fee is $125/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you’d like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you! - Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. We partner with SUPERHOG for our guest screening process. The SUPERHOG application must be completed by the primary guest listed on the reservation, and the background check must be finalized within 48 hours of booking confirmation, in compliance with State and City regulations. Please note, your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements are fulfilled. Once confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement that outlines the terms of the stay, which includes agreeing to the following: -Abide by our rental terms and conditions. -Provide a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before check-in. -Pay a non-refundable $50 damage waiver through SUPERHOG.
