The Neighborhood
The property is just after Chorafakia village , is very easily accessed by the main road and it is 5 minutes away from many local sandy beaches like Stavros ( the most famous scene of Zorbas the Greek was filmed in this beach ), Tersanas and Kalathas to name but a few. Nearby the house there are many local useful facilities, like mini markets, nice restaurants, a pharmacy and everything that you are going to need during your stay. It is also very close to a big town with big supermarkets and other options for food. Chania is about 20 minutes away while the international airport CHQ is 15 minutes away.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
