Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 5. Noise: Please be considerate of noise levels to avoid disturbing neighbors or disrupting the community, given the building's structure. We appreciate your understanding.
- 6. Key Policy: Always carry your key when leaving the property. If keys are left behind, the following call-out fees will apply:
- - $65.00 (09:30-17:30)
- - $100.00 (17:30-20:00)
- - $150.00 (20:00-22:00)
- - $200.00 (22:00-09:30)
- 7. Extra Cleaning: Additional charges may apply if the property is left in an excessively dirty or untidy condition, beyond what is covered by the regular cleaning fee.
- 8. Check-In/Check-Out Times: Standard check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is at 10 am. Early check-in is only allowed with prior approval. Late check-outs without approval may incur the following fees:
- - 10:00 am to 11:00 am: $30.00
- - 11:00 am to 11:59 am: $80.00
- - After 11:59 am: One night’s rental fee.,Start: 22:00, End: 8:00
