Wonderful penthouse with high ceilings, located in the heart of the historic city center, on the emblematic Santa María street. Very bright and fully equipped. The terrace has unique views of the Cathedral. It has free WIFI and air conditioning (hot/cold). It is located on the second floor of a historic building, without an elevator.

There is a bedroom with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, and a beautiful bay window, and another bedroom with two single beds and a lovely balcony overlooking Santa María street. A privileged place to enjoy the center of Malaga.
The apartment has a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom opens to a charming balcony in an interior courtyard.
It has a small terrace accessed through the living room stairs shown in the photos. It is equipped with terrace furniture and has privileged views of the Cathedral of Malaga.

The apartment has WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for our guests: air conditioning (hot/cold) in the living room and both bedrooms, Smart TV, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, etc.
Guests have exclusive access to free medical care (non-hospital) during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.

Located in a popular 19th-century Malaga-style building, protected for its architectural and historical values. Exceptionally situated in the heart of the old town, next to the popular Chinitas passage, Larios street, and a step away from the Cathedral, where you can enjoy beautiful views from its terrace. The street is one of the most beautiful and well-known in Malaga, preserving many of its 19th-century buildings and the city’s oldest bar.
–Getting around:
It is steps away from all monuments and museums, and just a one-minute walk from Larios street. It also has supermarkets and fashion stores nearby, as well as the most popular restaurants. Easy access from the airport and central bus and train stations.
–Important information
This is a tourist accommodation that meets the EcoFriendly certification requirements of Property Manager and has been recognized with the WeRespect certification.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in a 19th-century building on the second floor without an elevator.
To access the terrace, it is necessary to climb steep iron stairs with wooden steps in the living room, as shown in the photos.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. It is allowed on the terrace.IMPORTANT: Although the apartment has soundproofed windows, as it is located in a very central area, some occasional noise from outside may still be heard.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 15:00, but we strive to welcome our guests at the time they need, upon request.
Pets are welcome, and owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and any damages they may cause. House rules and community regulations must be followed. A fee of 20€ per pet for the entire reservation will be charged, as we must perform special cleaning to not inconvenience allergic guests. We can provide a bed and food/water bowl upon request.
