Bright and tranquil designer apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a work/study room, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen with city views from its windows. The modern living room features a SMART TV, and from the window, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the street, one of the most popular in the city center, and even catch a glimpse of the Cathedral tower in the distance. All museums, monuments, and main streets of the city are within walking distance. Fully equipped, it also offers free WIFI and Air conditioning (hot/cold).
–Features:
It boasts a modern living room, adorned with designer furniture, very bright, with an exterior window overlooking the street. It also features a SMART TV and a room that can be used as a workspace or study area. The kitchen also has a large window with city views and is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc., and a large table for six people. There are two bedrooms (both with air conditioning, hot/cold), one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, along with two bathrooms with showers and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and everything needed for cooking. The apartment has high-speed WIFI internet connection and all the amenities for our guests’ use: Air conditioning (hot/cold) and ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. There is also a Smart TV, hairdryer, iron, etc. Guests have exclusive access to free medical assistance during their stay through Quirón Salud, a leading hospital group in Spain.
–Comfort and Design:
The apartment stands out for its brightness and spaciousness, as well as the carefully decorated rooms. Its location on one of the most popular streets in the center, with supermarkets, traditional markets, and local shops nearby, is just a 6-minute walk from the iconic Uncibay Square, allowing you to explore all the city’s monuments, museums, and attractions on foot. All main shopping and restaurant streets are very close, making it ideal to enjoy the vibrant city atmosphere.
–Getting Around:
It is within walking distance of all monuments and museums, very close to the historic Salamanca Market and the Rando Museum, and only a 6-minute walk from Uncibay Square. Supermarkets and neighborhood shops are also nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and central bus and train stations.

This is a tourist accommodation that meets the EcoFriendly certification requirements of Property Manager and has been recognized with the WeRespet certification.
