condo. Master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom & ocean views.
Second bedroom has two queen beds. 3 Smart TVs (master bedroom, 2nd bedroom
and living room) with Spectrum cable and WIFI. Plush Towels and luscious
linens and pillow top bedding provided plus beach towels. Fully stocked
kitchen with all the amenities of home. Perfect for entertaining as it is
equipped with granite counter tops stainless steel appliances. The dining
area has a table with seating for 6 and additional seating at the bar area.
Lazy Boy sectional has a queen sleeper sofa with SLUMBER AIR mattress (the

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
