Welcome to PARADISE FOUND! With its prime location in the Yacht Club area, no
bridge 1min access to the Caloosahatchee river by boat, walking distance to
downtown, complimentary bicycles, kayaks, fishing gear and exquisite
amenities this property is the perfect getaway for your next vacation.
Main living area has raised ceiling and offers wonderful waterfront views
from the casual and comfortable open floor plan. The kitchen has everything
you need with ample counter space, and a large bar area. Large dining table
seats 6. TVs and DVD players are located in living room, master, 1st guest
room and outside on the lanai. WiFi and streaming services available.
One of the highlights of this property is the outdoor oasis it offers. Step
outside onto the expansive patio and discover your own private paradise. Enjoy
the sparkling heated pool, bring your own boat or rent a boat and tie up to
the 40’ captains walk in the backyard for easy access. This location lets you
hop on your boat or Jet Skis and you are immediately on your way to the
beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. One double and two single kayaks
are provided to explore some of the 400 miles of Cape Coral’s canals(most in
the world). BBQ, smoker and air fryer are available. The pool is heated
at no extra charge and is set to 88F. Please note that the temperature of the
swimming pool varies and depends on the day/night temperatures, length of day
and finally wind so there is no guarantee of a certain pool temp.
Lots to enjoy while staying here. Sip your morning coffee on the lanai and
watch some of the beautiful Florida sunrises. Keep an eye out for the
manatees, dolphins and fish that come to visit right off our dock. No car no
problem with this location. Four bikes are provided to zip over to the
local Saturday farmers market, restaurants, shops, or ride over to the yacht
club beach area for lounging in the sand or enjoying beautiful sunsets. Take
advantage of the awesome location with a quick walk down the street to enjoy
some of the best restaurants in the city for dinner, live music, karaoke and
dancing. Shopping and grocery store is nearby as well. A half mile away is
Cape Coral bridge and a short drive takes you to Fort Myers or Sanibel where
you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and blue water.
Some of the extra amenities include fishing rods, beach gear (chairs, ice
chest, toys, cart, umbrella), pool floats, board games, outdoor scrabble
board, tiki toss game, corn hole, good selection of DVDS and 4moms play
yard/pack and play.
Many attractions to enjoy in this special part of Southwest Florida or just
sit back and relax and while you call PARADISE FOUND your home away from home.
Our property is pet-friendly! We welcome well-mannered dogs under 50 lbs, with
a maximum of two dogs allowed per reservation at no extra charge. For dogs
over 50 lbs, please contact us for prior approval to ensure we can accommodate
