The complex, with a stunning shared swimming pool and surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation, is located in a elegant residential zone on the hills above Salò reachable via a winding but easy road. Salò is 7 km far. The nearest supermarket is 4 km far, while the nearest restaurant 2 km. Car is necessary for a comfortable holiday.
Lying along the gulf with the same name, sheltered from the winds, the town of Salò, thanks to its central position and close to the main communication routes, is considered a point of reference for the whole area for the services offered and for its lively economic and administrative activities and commercial. However, its importance is above all of a historical nature: Salò was the capital of the Magnifica Patria during the Venetian domination and home to numerous ministries of the fascist government of the Italian Social Republic. Traces of its past are clearly evident throughout the walk in the elegant historic centre, full of buildings of great historical and artistic value, as well as opportunities for shopping. Salò is particularly proud of the Palazzo della Magnifica Patria, built in 1524 by Sansovino, rebuilt after the 1901 earthquake and the Cathedral built in the 15th century in late Gothic style where there are important artistic testimonies.
The tourist offer of this lively town certainly does not stop here: even for lovers of sport and the outdoor life there is the possibility to indulge in the itineraries along the hill behind the town or on the lakeside walk that goes around the gulf.

The lake itself is the centerpiece of Manerba del Garda, with its crystal-clear waters inviting visitors to partake in a variety of water sports. Sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking are popular pastimes, allowing travelers to experience the lake's beauty up close. For those who prefer to stay on land, the beaches along the lake, such as Romantica Beach and Pisenze Beach, provide perfect spots for sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying stunning sunsets.
