Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- PROPERTY RULES:
- 1) Each guest must be registered before arrival must show his Identity or Passport document to our host in the building.
- 2) EVERY PERSON UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS OR BRING A NOTARIZED PERMITION.
- 3)The use of the unit is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed.
- 4) Any damage caused to the unit or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed asap.
- 5) In case of fire, evacuate the property.
- 6) It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the unit, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
- 7) It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items in the house.
- 8) Pets are allowed but you have to be careful. Any damage will be charged.
- 9) SEXUAL AND DRUG TRAFFICKING IS A CRIME, ANY DRUG ABUSE, MINOR TRAFFICKING OR PEOPLE TRAFICKING WILL BE REPORTED TO THE AUTHORITIES. ACCORDING TO LAW 679 OF 2001, THE ENTRY OF UNDERAGE TO ANY TOURIST ESTABLISHMENT FOR PROSTITUTION OR SEXUAL ABUSE PURPOSES IS STRICTLY FORVIDEN
- 10) Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- 11) Every time you leave the unit, turn off lights and AC, please leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
- 12) Visitors are allowed. Each visitor has to bring ID or passport and register with our host in the house.
- 13)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and electricity.
- 14) We are not responsible for any losses inside the unit, we ask to close locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company.
- 15) Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.

- All guests must be registered. Every guest must provide passport or valid photo ID.
