Escape to the Mountains and enjoy this spacious, cozy and comfortable Mountain Cabin, featuring three bedrooms and two full baths, spread out over two levels. This two-story condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, dining area, deck with gas grill, cozy wood-burning fireplace, and views over the community lawn and amazing complex amenities. The living room offers a large flat screen Smart TV with access to Streaming Apps, and enjoy the large deck overlooking a pleasant park-like setting with a view of the mountaintops. Perfect for the kids to play in the Summer or Winter time! With vaulted ceilings and a split level floorplan, the whole family can spread out and enjoy a Mountain getaway. The Master bedroom downstairs features a King bed with access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo, TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, vanity with sink, and private deck. The third bedroom on the upper level offers two doubles, TV and has a shared bathroom with shower. The living room offers a cozy wood burning fireplace, and a large comfortable couch to gather. A dining area offers seating for 8. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to prepare all your family meals, and there is a stacked washer/dryer to provide all the comforts of home. The Villa de los Pinos complex is located on the Red Line shuttle and walking distance to the Vons shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre, Mammoth Creek park, LA Kings Ice with EV chargers, walking trails, Starbucks and bowling alley complete with golf simulators. A short shuttle ride and you can access Eagle Lodge or Canyon Lodge for ski access. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The condo comes with two outdoor parking spaces, there is 3 step to enter, and 2 levels inside, and sleeps a maximum of 8 people. No smoking and no pets allowed.
