Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- ~Dog Ok under 40lbs, 100.00 fee, Must Be: well behaved, house trained, crated when left alone at the property, kept off the furniture, picked up after in the yard and neighborhood.
- ~No visitors to the property other than the reserved party
- ~Community quiet time begins at 11pm. Please respect our neighbors.
- ~Hurricane Policy: Refunds will only be granted if the Bay County officials order a mandatory evacuation. Refunds will only pertain to the dates affected by the evacuation. Guests should purchase a trip insurance policy widely available to the consumer market, such as Generali, Rental Guardian, and Fidelity Trip Insurance
- ~Any Property Manager or Expedia bookings will have a 15% processing fee regardless of the refund time frame. We are an integrated partner that processes all payments directly
- ~ No parties or events are allowed
- ~ Community Golf Carts: We rent community only (not street legal) golf carts to drive around in Laguna Beach Estates. Destinations include the Carousel Grocery, Thomas's Donuts and Ice Cream, down to the beachside first come service parking, and the Old Beach Bar. Please inquire directly for more information. 50.00 per day
- ~ No grill or fire on or near the artificial grass in the front. If reserving guest damages they will be responsible for repair or replacement.
