Strictly NO smoking inside the apartment, on the balcony with the door open, or out the windows.
If smoke odor is detected, this fee will be charged to cover ozone treatment and washing of all soft furnishings (curtains, sofas, rugs).
🧹 Excessive Mess / Deep Clean: £100 - £200 surcharge.
Our standard cleaning fee covers a normal turnover. If the property is left with excessive trash, dirty dishes, stains on upholstery, or requires "heavy duty" cleaning, an additional fee will apply.
⏰ Late Check-out: £50 for every 30 minutes past 11:00 AM.
Our cleaners operate on a tight schedule. Unauthorized late check-outs delay the cleaning process for the next guest.
🔑 Lost Keys / Lockouts: £50 + cost of replacement.
If you lock yourself out and require a host or concierge to attend the property outside of check-in hours, a call-out fee applies. If keys are lost, the guest is liable for the full cost of replacing the lock/fobs.
🎉 Parties / Noise Complaints: £500 + immediate eviction.
Strictly no parties or gatherings. If building security or neighbors report excessive noise or a party, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund, and a penalty fee will be charged for the disruption.
