If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available. A car is the most practical way to get around Cape Canaveral and the broader Space Coast area, and street parking is generally accessible near the complex. Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, and Kennedy Space Center are all a short drive away. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area, and the beach itself is close enough to reach entirely on foot. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: • Paper towels • Toilet paper • Tissues • Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar • Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) • Garbage bags • Sponges • Dish soap If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: • Mailbox access is not available for guests • All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. • The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. • Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control. • Florida’s warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment. • While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property. A pet fee is required to be paid of $100 per pet, per stay • Parking is strictly limited to 2 vehicles.
