From here, the patio is just steps away - a quiet spot for coffee in the morning or dinner outside in the evening. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds flexible sleeping space when you need it. ​ Sleeping arrangements Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king bed, an updated ensuite bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet - a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom is fitted with two twin beds and a dedicated workspace, suited to kids, friends, or anyone who needs to get a bit of work done. The third bedroom keeps things cozy with a queen bed. A hallway guest bath serves both upstairs bedrooms. ​ Kitchen & dining The eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped for home cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware ready to go. A toaster, blender, baking sheet, and wine glasses round things out, and the dining table seats the group comfortably for shared meals. ​ Bathrooms Two full bathrooms upstairs - the ensuite in the primary suite and the hallway guest bath - are joined by a convenient half bath downstairs. Each is stocked with shampoo, body soap, and a hair dryer, so you can pack light. ​ Outdoor & amenities Downstairs, a washer and dryer sit just off the one-car garage, which offers hassle-free parking along with free street parking nearby. Take a stroll along the marina, settle in for dinner at the on-site restaurant, or watch the boats and local wildlife drift by from the patio. Guests can also make use of the shared pool, gym, and sauna, and beach essentials are on hand if you head to the water. Guests have access to Clubhouse, pool, and Marina. Plenty of space for on site parking at unit plus a one-car garage. The beach, shops, restaurant, and bars are a short drive away.
