Spend your days alternating between the shoreline and the private patio, then wind down in the hot tub as the sky turns pink over the coast. Living spaces Inside, you’ll find a spacious living room and a large dining table that make it easy for the whole group to spread out together. A dedicated workspace is on hand if you need to check in on emails between beach runs, and each bedroom comes with its own TV for downtime. Sleeping arrangements The townhome sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The primary suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom for added privacy, while the remaining bedrooms offer comfortable, cozy setups suited to families or groups traveling together. Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you’ll need to prep meals at home before or after a day at the beach. Bathroom Both full bathrooms include a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water, along with shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products to keep things simple during your stay. Outdoor & extras Step out to your private patio and hot tub - a great spot to relax after a beach day or catch a rocket launch lighting up the sky. Beach essentials including towels, an umbrella, chairs, and a cart are provided, so all you really need to bring is sunscreen. A backyard space and patio/balcony round out the outdoor areas, with free parking on premises and free street parking available. Location You’re just a block from the sand and minutes on foot from local dining, shops, and nightlife - everything that makes downtown Cocoa Beach worth the trip is within easy reach. We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. The beach and many restaurants, shops and bars all within walking distance and Lyft and Uber are prevalent in our area. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials: - Paper towels - Toilet paper - Tissues - Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar - Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED) - Garbage bags - Sponges - Dish soap - Dishwasher tabs If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. PLEASE NOTE: -Mailbox access is not available for guests - While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. - All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver. Regarding the 8-guest occupancy, we provide 2 queens and 1 king bed that can comfortably sleep 6 guests. We also provide 1 trifold floor mattress that can sleep 1 more guest.
