The space
As you enter the apartment you are greeted by high ceilings, beautiful moldings, and large windows that let in an abundance of natural light. The spacious living room is tastefully decorated, offering a space ideal for relaxing or welcoming guests. French doors open to a small private terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing alfresco moments while watching the rooftops of Paris! It should be noted that the living room is equipped with a 2-seater sofa bed and 2 bedrooms.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances and offers a generous space to prepare delicious meals. The practical arrangement also allows you to accommodate a dining table for friendly meals for families or meals for families or with friends.
The two bedrooms are comfortable and well appointed, offering quiet private spaces to relax and unwind. The large windows allow for natural ventilation and create a bright and airy atmosphere.

The organization of evenings and the hosting of large numbers of outside people are prohibited as well as smoking in the apartments. In case of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to reduce the duration of the stay, to demand the payment of a financial penalty and to notify the police.
In addition, we inform you that the residence is under video surveillance 24 hours a day and that our security service regularly visits the site to check.

Guest access
During your stay, we will assign you a fully privatized apartment for you. Access is autonomous by custom code as long as you complete the online check-in. You will also have access to a luggage storage on the ground floor to drop off your luggage outside check-in and check-out times.
Other things to note
After your booking, you will receive an email to complete your check-in online. This step is essential and needs to be completed upon receipt of the email. After completing your online check-in, you will receive 48 hours before your stay your access by email and SMS with the access instructions and your custom code. Property Manager concierge reserves the right to request a copy of identity card.
Please note that air conditioning is available in Spring and summer. In winter and self-contained, air conditioning is not available for ecological reasons.
