The apartment has a large living room with sofa area to have a good time with family or friends. In the same room find the fully equipped kitchen with a table for 4 people as well as plenty of storage. The living room gives access to a patio terrace offering absolute calm in the heart of Paris!
The bedroom which is accessible from the bathroom overlooks this patio terrace. Hotel quality bedding will give you peaceful nights.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink with magnifying mirror, towel dryer and hair dryer. A wardrobe completes this room.
The sofa in the living room is convertible for 2 people. The toilets are independent and accessible from the living room in the apartment (Perfect for a stay at 4!)
In addition, linen & towels are available in the apartment. Only one cleaning is offered for every 6 nights minimum.
The apartment has a secure and independent Wifi connection. The code is on the TV screen and allows you to stream content from your smartphone to the TV.

The organization of parties and the reception of large numbers of outsiders are prohibited, as is smoking in the apartments. In the event of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to reduce the duration of the stay, to demand the payment of a financial penalty and to notify the police.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment located on the 2nd floor accessible by a staircase and elevator of the building. You will access the apartment by a personalized code which will be sent 48 hours before your arrival. Please read the instructions carefully before your arrival.
For the rest of your stay, we will provide a physical key on the table in your apartment
Other things to note
Depending on the amount of the reservation, we may require proof of identity to definitively confirm the reservation.
The residence has an elevator. The apartments are accessible on the 2nd floor.
Please note that the elevator is the property of the condominium and in the event of a breakdown or annual maintenance (which rarely happens), Yuna cannot be held responsible
Please note that the residence does not have luggage storage and that check-in takes place from 15:00.
In case of early arrival or late departure, we offer free luggage storage (service only available on request before the stay)
We ask you to be quiet on the terrace in order to respect the neighborhood. Music is prohibited in this outdoor area.
For ecological reasons, the air conditioning is activated only in spring and summer.
