Welcome to Unit 517! Important Information Regarding Beach Restoration Thank you for considering a stay with us. Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience. What to Expect: You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 15th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown. If you love the beach, love the ocean, and love the good life this is the unit for you. This just gorgeous 3 bedroom 2 bath condo on the top floor of Property Manager is located on the no drive section of the beach. The beautiful white sand beach here compels you to dig your toes in the sand, look for shells, build a sand castle, or pick up a surfboard and hit the waves. Our spacious condo has new furnishings with a cute beach theme throughout and granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms. Views of the ocean are great from every room, but the view from the balcony is almost breathtaking. After a fun day on the beach come back to this condo and relax in front of the 55" HD Smart TV where you can watch Cable TV, stream movies online or play a Blu Ray DVD. There are many exceptional restaurants, art galleries, and unique shops in the New Smyrna Beach while easy access to many of Florida’s attractions; Orlando, Disney, Universal, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Florida’s oldest city, Saint Augustine, are minutes away. Our condo sleeps eight comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and bunk room that sleeps 4 children with a twin/full bunk bed . Want to get away for a few minutes relax in the king and queen bedrooms while you watch the channels you want on your private TV. Like the rest of the condo the bedrooms are decorated in a colorful beach decor that makes each room enjoyable. If you are allergic to dogs, please note that this unit owner has a dog. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner’s discretion.
