You will stay in a 38m2 apartment on the 5th floor, located in a typical Parisian building in the heart of the capital.
This apartment for 4 people offers a beautiful bedroom with a double bathroom and a 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. This family accommodation is central and close to all sites and amenities.
The space
This pleasant apartment decorated with care by the studios of Maison Bineau has an area of 38m2 and is located on the 5th floor of a typical Parisian building (elevator available in the building)
It consists of a beautiful living room with a convertible sofa, a dining table for 4 people and a large fitted kitchen. The bedroom to the left of the entrance offers a real intimidating space with a wardrobe, a television and a bathroom with a large shower. Please note that you will have to go through the bedroom to access the bathroom and toilet.
The open kitchen is equipped with microwave, fridge, hob, coffee machine and kettle. You will also find the necessary for cooking (dishes, kitchen utensils, pots etc.)
You will have a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet. Rituals bath products are provided: shower gel & shampoo.
In addition, all household linen & towels are available to you in the apartment. One Cleaning is offered after 6 nights and the towels are not changed every day.
The apartment has a secure and independent Wifi connection. The code is on the TV screen and allows you to stream content from your smartphone to the TV.
A baby cot is also available, just remember to ask us in advance (48 hours before arrival).

The organization of parties and the reception of large numbers of outsiders are prohibited, as is smoking in the apartments. In the event of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to reduce the duration of the stay, to demand the payment of a financial penalty and to notify the police.
In addition, we inform you that the residence is under video surveillance 24 hours a day and that our security service regularly visits the site to check.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire apartment on the 5th floor accessible by a staircase and elevator. You will access the apartment by a personalized code which will be sent a few days before your arrival. For the rest of your stay, we will provide a physical key on the table in your apartment
Other things to note
Access to the apartment is independent without registration at reception. and is done by access code. However, we may require proof of identity upon arrival.
The residence has an elevator and a staircase. The apartments are distributed over 6 floors.
Please note that the residence does not have luggage storage and that check-in takes place from 15:00.
In case of early arrival or late departure, we offer free luggage storage (service only available on request before the stay)
Parties and smoking in the apartments are prohibited. The management reserves the right to claim a financial penalty and to contact the police when the rules of procedure are not respected.
For ecological reasons, the air conditioning is activated only in spring and summer.
