Montmartre is a district with authentic charm. Time stood still there at the beginning of the last century.
You will stay in an duplex apartment of 76m2 on the ground floor, located in a building entirely on the courtyard (courtyard secured by a guard and cameras 24/24).
This 6-person apartment offers a convertible sofa, 3 beautiful bedrooms opening onto a patio with 2 bathrooms, shower & bath. Also enjoy a beautiful terrace and a private patio out of sight.
The space
The appartement is composed of a magnificent entrance, a reception room, a dining room, a kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything has been designed to make you feel at ease.
Everything is provided and the property is fully equipped to receive and cook. There is an excellent very fast wifi network and several international channels. Bed linens, towels for body and hair, bath mat of very good quality are provided for your stay. But also shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper. A cleaning is carried out by a professional just before your arrival.
When booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all information about the apartment.

Parties and welcoming a large numbers of outsiders are prohibited, as is smoking in the apartments. In the event of non-compliance, management reserves the right to reduce the length of stay, demand payment of a financial penalty and call the police.
In addition, we inform you that the residence is under video surveillance 24 hours a day and that our security service regularly visits the site to check.
By confirming your reservation, you accept these house rules.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire studio located on the 1st floor accessible by stairs (no elevator). You will access the apartment with a personalized code which will be sent a few days before your arrival. For the rest of your stay, we will provide a physical key on the table in your apartment
Other things to note
Access to the apartment is independent without registration at reception. However, we may require proof of identity upon arrival.
The residence does not have a lift. To access to the Duplex, you must therefore climb the staircase from the common areas on 2 levels and then an additional staircase to arrive in the living room of the duplex. The bedroom under the roof is accessible by a spiral staircase
Please note that the residence does not have luggage storage and that check-in takes place from 3:00 p.m.
In case of early arrival or late departure, we can give you early access to the apartment during cleaning operation to leave your luggage inside (service only available on request before the stay)
Parties and smoking in the apartments are prohibited. The management reserves the right to demand a financial penalty and to contact the police when the internal regulations are not respected.
For ecological reasons, the air conditioning is activated only in spring and summer.
