Guest House Livas is located in the countryside of Santorini, in a tranquil area, surrounded by vineyards and farms, only 400 meters away from the black pebble beach of Vourvoulos, where there is a small fishermen port and a beachside tavern, where guests can taste fresh fish and local dishes.
The Guest House is part of a new, beautiful private tourist complex that stretches over 6000 square meters. This private complex is composed by 7 villas in total (in addition to the owners’ residence).
The villas can be rented all together, in case of special events, weddings, family reunions, big groups of friends, or separately, in fact each villa has a separate entrance, private pool (except one), large outdoor spaces with BBQ facilities and parking space.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Important information:
- The prices shown are for 2 people, there is a daily supplement of € 30 for each extra person.
- Minimum stay: 3 nights
- Check-in: 14:00 Checkout: 10:00
- A refundable deposit of € 500 is required upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay less any charges in case of damage to the property.
- The rental price is inclusive of:
- Arrival and departure transfer from/to the airport or port
- Daily buffet breakfast in the restaurant of the residence
