The condo can accommodate up to 6 guests with a king bed in the primary suite, a king trundle bed with an XL twin mattress in the guest suite, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. This unit has been elegantly updated with modern furnishings and high-end appliances. The owner has invested in central air conditioning to ensure a comfortable stay year-round, setting this property apart from other units in the complex.
The Kaanapali Royal complex offers a wealth of amenities, including a sparkling pool, whirlpool, tennis courts, BBQ and picnic area, and secured gated parking. Guests are required to pay a parking fee of $154 per stay directly to the property office. Only one car is allowed per unit. All of this is set within 7 acres of meticulously manicured tropical grounds overlooking the golf course. The nearby areas of Napili and Kapalua are just minutes away by car, offering some of the best beaches, snorkeling, golf, and fine dining in Maui

Kaanapali Royal G303 is professionally managed by Quam Properties Hawai’i, providing concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. One set of towels will be provided for each registered guest, ensuring a relaxing and convenient stay.

Cancellation Policy:
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
