Explore Downtown Knoxville while staying in this rare, constructed loft. Designed for both beauty and comfort, and in a great district of the city. Featuring an outdoor patio, gas stove, washer/dryer, paid street parking, and smart TV.
The Old City is the best place to experience Knoxville culture. It is home to incredible local small businesses, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Oli Bea, Old City Java, Barley’s Pizzeria, Pretentious Glass Company to name a few to try!

• There is a set of stairs to climb to the third floor where the listing is. This staircase does not have railing and may not be suitable for the elderly.
**The street is residential, but since we are still downtown and near the interstate we cannot guarantee complete silence at all times & a train does pass occasionally. White noise sound machines are provided to help with the noise.
The place is very walkable to downtown and the Old City. There is also a bicycles station available down the street in the Old City that allows pick up/drop off at various stations in Knoxville for $1.50 per 30 min.
We provide the utmost privacy to our guests, but are available by text or OTA message if anything is needed. We are located nearby in the event of an emergency.
