Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Dogs are not permitted to roam free outside the cottage grounds due to surrounding livestock.
- Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds.
- Owners of pets are responsible for any damage at the property and for cleaning dog litter from the grounds.
- No smoking in the house. Fires are not permitted in the grounds due to forest location.
- The water is supplied from a private spring, so please use it sparingly during dry weather.
- Tyn-y-Simdde has Wi-Fi broadband. The Wi-Fi is by no means quick by modern standards, but this is as good as it gets given the remote location. Expected speed is 8-15 mpbs.
- The mobile phone reception at the cottage is virtually non-existent, depending on your provider.
