This sophisticated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located in the exclusive ’Dama de Noche’ complex, just a stroll away from the marina and beaches of Puerto Banús.
This relaxing and amazing complex offers beautiful gardens, three swimming pools, a restaurant, and a bar on-site, with the beach just a few minutes away.

The modern apartment is situated on the ground floor. The property is tastefully furnished and features a cozy dining and living area with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with top-brand appliances.
The spacious master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, built-in wardrobes, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. The mattresses are 30cm high with memory foam, and two types of pillows are provided: memory foam and hypoallergenic fiber.
The second full bathroom is located in the hallway, across from the second bedroom.
