The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.
Please return the access cards in good condition upon checkout. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED500.00
Please be informed that water supply will be temporarily interrupted in Jadeel 2 due to scheduled maintenance works.
