The spacious, open family room with high ceilings offers ample seating, a dining area and kitchen with large center island. The master suite with a king-sized bed is designed around an open-air courtyard and fountain. A half-bath and small TV den complete the lower level. The second level offers four bedrooms, all with private baths. A large bedroom with a king-sized bed offers separation from the rest of the bedrooms on this level. On an opposite hallway, two bedrooms, each with one full-sized bed, and one bedroom with three single beds are found. The laundry area is also located on the second level. Opening from the second floor, guests in this home will discover a large rooftop terrace with spectacular views, a built-in grill and wetbar area and large outdoor dining area. Finally, one level higher than the terrace, guests will enjoy an incredible rim overflow swimming pool. Parking for this home is located in two marked spaces in a parking court.
