The location is strategic: the beautiful beaches of the Sterpaia Park can be reached in just 10 minutes by car, while the historic villages of Suvereto and Campiglia Marittima are only a few minutes away. The towns of Follonica and Massa Marittima can be reached in approximately 30 minutes by car.
The property offers four apartments, each with its own private outdoor space, ideal for relaxing moments outdoors. The Glicine and Bouganville apartments can also be rented together by one family, thanks to an internal connecting door.
Five parking spaces are available within the property. Guests can use a washing machine located in the shared laundry room.
A restaurant is located just 100 meters from the apartments and can be easily reached on foot.
