Public Transport Available: • 🚌 Queen St Bus Station • 🚌 King George Square Bus Station • 🚉 Central Train Station 🔑 SELF CHECK-IN 🕒 Check-in is available from 3:00PM. • To verify your reservation, please complete the online check-in form and upload or provide a copy of your Australian driver’s licence or passport before arrival. • The self check-in key collection point is located approximately a 5-minute walk from the apartment. • Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the check-in address and detailed instructions. ⏰ EARLY CHECK-IN • Early check-in may be available for an additional fee. • Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you would like to request an earlier check-in time. • Same-day or late requests may limit our ability to accommodate your preferred check-in time. ------------------ 🏡 EXPRESS SELF CHECK-OUT 🕚 Check-out is by 11:00AM. • Please return the keys and access card to the designated location inside the apartment before leaving. • Once the access card has been returned, your building access will be restricted to the Main Lobby on Level 2. • Late check-out is not permitted unless arranged with us in advance. • Unauthorised late check-out will incur a $50 fee for every additional 15 minutes after 11:00AM. ------------------ 🔐 LOST KEYS & LOCKOUT ASSISTANCE • Lost keys or access cards will incur a $300 replacement fee. • Please always remember to take your keys with you whenever you leave the apartment. • If you lock yourself out and require assistance, a $100 call-out fee applies. • If we are unable to assist, you will need to arrange a locksmith at your own expense. ------------------ 🔊 NOISE NOTICE Please note that construction may be taking place near the building and could occasionally result in noise. This work forms part of ongoing infrastructure development in the surrounding area. ------------------ 🧳 LUGGAGE STORAGE For security reasons, luggage storage is unavailable before check-in or after check-out. ------------------ 📋 HOUSE RULES 🚭 No Smoking Evidence of smoking will incur a $300 fee. 🐾 No Pets Evidence of unauthorised pets will incur a $300 fee. 🎉 No Parties or Events Evidence of a party or event will incur a $500 fee. ------------------ 🧽 CLEANING & DEPARTURE • Cleaning is provided after check-out only. • Before leaving, please wash all used cookware, dishes and cutlery, dispose of all rubbish, and leave the apartment in a reasonably tidy condition. • An additional $100 cleaning fee may apply if excessive cleaning is required. ------------------ 💬 NEED ASSISTANCE?
