Relax by the Pool, Fun, and Lots of Greenery
Drive into the residence in your car while the gate behind you slowly closes for the safety of your children. After a long journey, walking barefoot on the soft green grass awakens the child within you. Challenge your kids to a game of ping-pong and enjoy both the grimaces and smiles of your little ones. Villa Domenica is an independent holiday home within a residence composed of individual villas separated by well-maintained hedges. It’s easy to get to know your neighbors, especially the kids on vacation who will be drawn to new friends to play with in the gorgeous pool.
A Typical Stone Puglian Villa with All the Comforts
It really seems like the lush and fragrant olive tree is welcoming you to Puglia, and it’s no wonder that the villa was built appreciating the presence of this wonderful tree, which in the hot summer hours casts its shadow on the veranda for you to enjoy relaxation in a very charming corner of the villa. The stone villa was recently built and adorned with meticulously maintained English lawn that surrounds the entire structure. It can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the hallway of the sleeping area and in the room with a double sofa bed.
The outdoor space features a barbecue area for your outdoor grilling and a ping-pong table for some fun with your kids. In the garden, the pool (10x5 m) with a relaxation area is particularly appealing. Convenient for kids spending entire days outdoors, there’s an outdoor shower and a toilet.
From the external staircase, you also reach a terrace with a table and chairs, offering a partial sea view, partially overlooking the local farm and the pool. The interior is furnished with the simplicity and warmth of the Puglian style, with a traditional ceiling adorned with wooden beams and typical stone vaults, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere. The choice of soft pastel colors with shades of blue, green, and blush is also excellent, creating a bright environment that reflects the colors and tranquility of the area.
