Villa Harmony is located in Colà di Lazise, a quiet hamlet immersed in greenery, of the well-known tourist resort on the shores of Lake Garda. The Garda Thermal Park is only 1 km away, the beach is about 2.7 km away and the centre of Lazise is about 5 km away. The 120 sq m villa has recently been renovated and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is located on the raised ground floor and has 2 large and bright double bedrooms, 1 room with two single beds that can be pushed together, 2 full bathrooms with showers, a washing machine; air conditioning and wifi are available for guests. The house also has a fourth room with a sofa bed and TV that can accommodate one adult or two children. The bright living area opens onto a furnished balcony with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, fridge, freezer, gas hob, oven and dishwasher. Guests can cool off in the brand new private pool (open from 15 April to 15 October) or relax in the big garden. A shaded dining area has been set up near the pool. A covered parking space is available for guests. In the neighborhood you will find a bakery, a smal supermarket and some restaurants/pizzeria. Non-smoking house. Pets allowed with a supplement. Special Regarda: wine tasting in a typical local winery included in the price! The final price consists of: - RENTAL FEE paid directly to the owner, on whose behalf Regarda acts - GUEST SERVICES (check-in, check-out, sheets, towels, courtesy line, on-site assistance, professional cleaning, booking management, commission paid by the host to the portal, correspondence, etc.) offered by Property Manager to the tenant. Mandatory tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival. Mandatory security deposit of €500.00 to be paid by credit card upon arrival.
