Our open-concept Ocean Cottage at Property Manager has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The Pelican Reef is dog friendly. So bring along your furry friend, they love to enjoy our dog-friendly beaches.
The fenced-in back porch offers a place to BBQ after your day at the beach. Have a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy this wonderful and spacious home. The central living area features a large flat screen with your Cable TV favorites. Each bedroom features its own TV to decompress for some alone time after your big day at the beach. The home features a modern kitchen that is fully outfitted, including a Keurig and complimentary coffee. Our home has a washer/dryer for your convenience.
The Pelican Reef is close to the Oyhut Bay Grill which includes a Loft Bar. Property Manager has a Market to help you meet your needs. We have a tot lot, horseshoe pit, volleyball court and community fire pit.
Property Manager is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.
Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.
