With direct water access and a private dock, you can easily explore the canals by boat or simply sunbathe by the pool. This accommodation is pet-friendly. Additionally, the garden is fully fenced. Inside, the house features a stylish design inspired by the 70s and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and the large dining table can accommodate up to 10 people. The living room has a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Outside, the garden offers plenty of space for resting and dining. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Note: The outdoor kitchen and the awning is currently not functional. The house can accommodate up to 7 guests in three spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a double bed. The three rooms have windows with blinds. Note: the whirlpool bathtub is not functional. The villa is located just minutes from the city center, so you can easily explore the sights and sounds of the city.
