This spacious and bright house is perfect for large families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. With direct water access and a private dock, you can easily explore the canals by boat or simply sunbathe by the pool. This accommodation is pet-friendly. Additionally, the garden is fully fenced.
Inside, the house features a stylish design inspired by the 70s and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and the large dining table can accommodate up to 10 people. The living room has a cozy fireplace and comfortable seating, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Outside, the garden offers plenty of space for resting and dining. The pool is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days.
Note: The outdoor kitchen and the awning is currently not functional.
The house can accommodate up to 7 guests in three spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a wardrobe, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed and a double bed. The three rooms have windows with blinds.
Note: the whirlpool bathtub is not functional.
The villa is located just minutes from the city center, so you can easily explore the sights and sounds of the city. And if you’re traveling by boat, you can dock directly at our private dock in the garden.
