Bedroom 2: King bedroom with twin over twin bunkbeds; access to full bath in the hall Bedroom 3: King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom. This library turned into a bedroom is a statement piece with an indoor fireplace. Bedroom 4: Upstairs King bedroom Ensuite with Full Bathroom and beautiful views on a private balcony. Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.
