Lovely three-room detached house with sea view about 3000mt from the pine forest and the transparent sea of Sant’Anna and Sa Capannizza di Budoni. The house is surrounded by greenery and well furnished. It has a balcony and a large outdoor veranda, both with an exciting sea view. The residential area is very quiet but within walking distance of major services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and the beach.
