VILLA KARAJA - MORCIANO DI LEUCA AREA Located in the quiet Morciano di Leuca area of Puglia, this charming villa boasts a private swimming pool and offers the perfect setting for holidays with family or friends. The villa is situated just 1 km away from the seaside resort of Torre Vado, where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants, as well as beaches and a small harbour. The town is also close to the ‘Maldives of Salento’ known for its marvellous coastline featuring sandy beaches, low cliffs, pebbled shores, and shallow waters ideal for snorkelling and diving adventures. Villa Karaja (86 sqm) is a fully detached property which consists of a main villa which develops over one level, and a trullo. MAIN VILLA (sleeps 4) The living area in the main villa includes a comfortable sitting room with a sofa and a TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (with a table). In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom featuring a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, one double bedroom with a double bed, and one bathroom equipped with shower. TRULLO (sleeps 2) The trullo is situated in the garden next to the pool. It consists of one double bedroom featuring a double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower). Outside the trullo, you will find a shady terrace furnished with a small table and chairs, where you can relax and unwind. The villa is fully fenced and features a spacious garden (4,000 sqm) with lawns and a private swimming pool (4 x 10 m; 1.3 m deep; open when the villa is available for booking) with a sunbathing terrace. An inviting shady dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities provide a relaxing setting for alfresco dining, and there is onsite parking for added convenience.
