This stone farmhouse with livestock (200 sq. m) is located on a hill with panoramic views and it is surrounded by a garden of olive trees. Near the main house, there is an annex where the young owners live. They will respect the client’s privacy as they are away during most of the day for work.
The villa develops on two floors and the interiors are comfortable, with exposed beams and terracotta floors that give a country look and cozy atmosphere to the property.
Ground floor: living room with fireplace, TV and sofas, one double room with en-suite bathroom with shower; five steps lead to the dining room with fireplace opening on the porch, kitchen (equipped with 5 burners stove, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven).
A stair (15 steps) lead to the first floor: two triple bedrooms (one double bed plus one single bed each) with en-suite bathroom...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
