When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on OTA, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the OTA app. ★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★ Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ HOT TUBS ★ The hot tub is open seasonally from May 1-October 15. ★ NOT A PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. Should you bring pets without obtaining prior permission from the host, there will be a $400 infraction fee, and your stay will be subject to cancellation with no refund and an expedited eviction. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after. ★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★ All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. ★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★ For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.
