This spacious home sits a block west of Highway 12 in Southern Shores, just over half a mile from the Hillcrest Beach Access. This allows for easy access to Kitty Hawk and South as well as beating the traffic on the turnover day! This area does not have "public" beaches. You will need to use the guest passes provided. You can walk, ride your bike or drive just a half-mile to the beach access. Within the community, you’ll have access to marinas, tennis and volleyball courts, and a lovely park for kids. This is also a wonderful home base for exploring the rest of the Outer Banks, with Duck only two miles north and the Wright Brothers National Memorial nine miles south.
