VILLA CALIANO - FLORENCE AREA
Located in Florence area, this is a modern villa set in a large garden with private swimming pool, within driving distance of Italy’s main tourist attractions such as Florence, Pisa, Luca and San Gimignano. Nearby in Cintolese (1.5km) you will find shops, restaurants and transport. The thermal springs of Montecatini and the Grotta Giusti, famous for their natural spas, are just a short drive away and golf lovers will enjoy the 18-hole golf course just 2km away.
The 340 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.
The ground floor has a large open plan area with dining tables and chairs, a bar area with seating and a modern, well equipped kitchen. Also, on the ground floor, there is a spa with beautiful views of the pool and garden. The spa has an indoor heated hydro-massage (3.8m X 2.5m x 1m depth), a sauna (4 square meters), Turkish bath (4 square meters) and 2 heated relaxation beds. There is also a separate bathroom (with shower) on the ground floor.
A staircase from the dining area leads up to the first floor, where you will find 5 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (with showers). Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed. All of the bedrooms have a TV and there is also a TV room (accessed by lift from the spa) with a large corner sofa where you can relax. Finally, there is a gym room (flat bench, barbells with weights, dumbbells, pull-up bar, TRX, anklets weights, sliders) with TV. This area is only reachable by a lift from the spa.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by a well-cared for garden with a large, L-shaped pool (11m x 7m plus 4m x 5m; depth 1.4m – 1.55m). The pool has a large sun terrace and a wooden pergola with seating, perfect for relaxing in the shade. Outside the kitchen, there is a pergola where you can eat ‘al fresco’ and there is a barbecue area in the garden.
