Villa Messapia is located just 5km from the centre of Ostuni and is surrounded by 7500 square meters of olive groves, typical dry stone walls and local flora. The property is composed of a main building and a trullo.
The main entrance is located on the ground floor and leads you to the first level where we find a spacious living area with open plan kitchen, TV and lounge area with comfortable sofas. From the living area, French doors open onto the covered terrace with outdoor seating on one side, and a balcony with views over the countryside and pool area on the other side. On this floor, there is also one bathroom with shower.
Internal stairs lead us to the ground floor where we find two double bedrooms that can be converted into twins, each with separate access to the pool area; one bathroom with shower shared between the two bedrooms.
The small trullo annex is located about 40m from the main house and features one double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The outside space offers a covered terrace with outdoor seating, private swimming pool (10x4m; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges and umbrellas.
Small pets are allowed on request.
