Located in the heart of theVal di Noto, Villa Teodora is a lovely villa with a swimming pool and fabulous views to the sea. Situated on a hill overlooking the countryside, the villa is perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is close to the UNESCO world heritage site of Noto and ideally located for trips to the baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa and Scicli, as well as the protected Vendicari nature reserve with some of the best beaches in Sicily.
Villa Teodora (130 sqm) develops over one level.
The villa consists of an open plan living room with large doors leading to both the veranda and the terrace. The room has a sitting area (with sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen (with an eating area seating 6). In the sleeping area, you will find three double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
